WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty terms, the procedure for reporting a fault and the rules for exchanging and returning Aveniks batteries.

WARRANTY TERMS

Aveniks batteries are covered by a one-year warranty. We inspect every battery pack before shipment. In the event of a fault, we perform diagnostics and agree on the next steps.

1-YEAR WARRANTY

The warranty period begins on the date the order is received and is confirmed by a document or purchase details.

WARRANTY DIAGNOSTICS

After receiving a request, we inspect the battery, determine the cause of the fault and establish whether it is covered by the warranty.

INSPECTION OF EVERY BATTERY PACK

Before shipment, we inspect the quality of the welding, soldering, cables and connectors and verify the actual battery capacity.

WARRANTY REPAIR

Confirmed warranty defects are repaired within 14 days or within another period agreed with the customer.

FAULTY BATTERY

Unauthorised intervention (disassembly, resoldering, design modifications, component replacement or repairs performed by third parties)

Incorrect charging (use of an incompatible charger, incorrect voltage or current settings or excessive discharge)

Short circuit (damage caused by shorted contacts, incorrect polarity or faulty equipment)

Violation of operating conditions (use outside the agreed temperature, electrical or load parameters)

Moisture and excessive heat (damage caused by fire, critically high temperatures, liquids or aggressive substances)

Natural wear (gradual capacity loss resulting from charging and discharging cycles and the natural ageing of the cells)
